I’m attempting to pull out my favourite quotes of the conference. So far (and it has only just started) it’s ‘doing business in Europe is a bit like plugging your laptop in - a different adaptor needed in every country’ (anon). I think he meant outsourcers have to learn different characteristics and quirks of culture across Europe in order to do business..... although he might just have meant take a different adaptor with you in your briefcase. Not exactly Zen if it’s the latter.
