Kathy Dite is Group BPO Solutions Director for Steria. She has many years experience in the technology and outsourcing industry and spent 18 months based in Delhi as the COO for the Xansa India based BPO Practise.
Kathy has over the last year been the Commercial and Transformation Director on our Cooperative Financial Services account and has recently started her new role as Group BPO Solutions Director.
