Hilary Robertson

Hilary Robertson is the BPO Strategy Director for Steria. She has over twenty years' experience in the technology and outsourcing industry in the US, India and Europe. Hilary combines a global outlook with hands-on experience of developing client-specific BPO solutions.

Hilary represents Steria on the India Trade body NASSCOM where she is on the UK Executive Council. She has close connections with the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) and she sits on the Outsourcing and Offshoring Management Committee for the UK high-tech organization, Intellect, where her team is researching the impact of Global Sourcing on the UK IT industry.  Hilary has an MBA from Warwick Business School.
